Who We Are

What We Collect

When you use our estimate form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the address or area of the job, the type of work you need, your description of the job, and any photos you choose to upload.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this website.

Why We Collect It

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to price the work, arrange a visit, carry out the job and keep the certification records we are legally required to keep. This is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made, and where a job goes ahead, performance of a contract.

Marketing

We never send marketing emails or texts, and we never sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Where work is carried out, we keep job and certification records for 6 years, as expected for electrical certificates and for tax and insurance purposes.

Where It's Stored

Enquiries and uploaded photos are stored securely on our website's hosted database and file storage, protected by access controls. Only Parker's Electrical can read them.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email contact@parkerselectrical.co.uk and we'll action it within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
